Diese können durch hormonelle Einflüsse (Pille, Schwangerschaft), bestimmte Medikamente, Reizzustände der Haut nach Laser, Peeling oder Chirurgie und Hautentzündungen z.B. im Rahmen einer Akne, die Pigmentierung verstärken oder auslösen werden.
