Erolfa est non seulement un mélange de notes d'inspiration nautique, le nom unique est un mélange du nom de chaque membre de la famille: Erwin, le seul fils et parfumeur protégé d'Olivier (ER); Olivia, fille d'Olivier (OL); et Fabienne, la mère d'Erwin et Olivia (FA). Le résultat est Erolfa, un parfum stimulant destiné à rendre les souvenirs propres.
