Fanola Neutralizer enthält 2,6 % Wasserstoffperoxid und eine mit Kräuterextrakten angereicherte Formel: Brennnessel, Salbei, Löwenzahn, Achillessehne, chinesischer Rosmarin. Korrigiert die dem Haar verliehene Locke. Stabilisiert das Haar nach der Behandlung. Spendet Feuchtigkeit und macht weich. Verleiht den Locken Elastizität.
