Description (from a shop): Ernährung und Nahrungsergänzungsmittel Natürliche Extrakte Soria Natural Rosmarin 75 gr Enthält ätherische Öle (Pinen, Camphen, Cineol, Borneol, Kampfer). Außerdem enthält es Flavonoide (Apigenin, Luteolin, Genkwanol-Glykoside), Phenolsäuren (Kaffee, Chlorogen, Rosmarin) und einen Bitterstoff (Picrosalvin oder Carnasol). Wie benutzt man: - Aufguss : 1 Teelöffel Pflanze pro Tasse geben. Kochendes Wasser hinzufügen, 5-10 Minuten stehen lassen und filtrieren. - Abkochung: (Wurzel, Stängel): Die Pflanze in kochendes Wasser gießen, 2-5 Minuten kochen, 5-10 Minuten ruhen lassen und im Verhältnis von 1 Teelöffel pro Tasse filtern.
