Vitamin-B12-Mangel und Magensäureblocker Magensäureblocker, auch als Protonenpumpenhemmer (z.B. Omeprazol, Pantoprazol) bekannt, können die Aufnahme von Vitamin B12 erheblich beeinträchtigen.
