Sein Silikonfilm mit dem Plus an Haftung zeichnet sich durch eine stärkere Anfangshaftung für eine einfache und zuverlässige Applikation des Schaumverbands aus und ist deshalb auch für schwer zugängliche Wunden geeignet. So werden Anwender durch den "Dritte-Hand-Effekt" beim Anlegen der Sekundärfixierung effektiv entlastet. Des Weiteren schützt der Silikonfilm bei Cutimed Siltec Plus neu gebildetes Gewebe und verhindert, dass der Verband mit der exsudierenden Wunde verklebt.
