Auf eine ausreichende Versorgung mit Eisen sollte besonders in der Schwangerschaft, in der Stillzeit und bei einseitiger, eisenarmer Ernährung geachtet werden. Vitamin C erhöht die Eisenaufnahme. In den Tabletten sind zusätzlich die B-Vitamine Folsäure + B12 enthalten sowie die Aminosäure L-Histidin. ?
