Kontraindikationen Das Arzneimittel darf nicht eingenommen werden, wenn Sie überempfindlich (allergisch) gegen Folsäure oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile von dem Arzneimittel sind. Der durch Folsäure hervorgerufene Anstieg der jungen roten Blutkörperchen (Retikulozyten) kann einen Vitamin B12-Mangel maskieren. Wegen der Gefahr irreversibler neurologischer Störungen ist vor Therapie einer Blutarmut infolge gestörter Entwicklung der roten Blutkörperchen (Megaloblastenanämie) sicherzustellen, dass die se nicht auf einem Vitamin B12-Mangel b…
