B. wenn zuvor ein Kind mit Neuralrohrdefekt geboren wurde oder bei Frauen, die an Krampfanfällen leiden und mit Antiepileptika behandelt werden). Die Einnahme von Folsäure ist auch bei vollwertiger Ernährung angezeigt.Behandlung erhöhter Konzentrationen von Homocystein im Blut, die durch Folsäuremangel bedingt sind.Die Therapie von Homocysteinämie ausschließlich mit Folsäure…
