Description (from a shop): Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sind kein Ersatz für eine abwechslungsreiche und ausgewogene Ernährung und eine gesunde Lebensweise. SinoPlaSan NAC 600 mg N-Acetyl-L-Cystein ist die stabilisierte Form der Aminosäure L-Cystein und die Vorstufe von Glutathion. L-Cystein kann vom Körper selbst aus den Aminosäuren Serin und Methionin hergestellt werden, doch ist diese Eigenproduktion nicht ausreichend um den Bedarf zu decken. L-Cystein muss daher auch über die Nahrung zusätzlich aufgenommen werden und gilt daher als semi-essentielle Aminosäure. Bei der Supplementierung gilt NAC als besser verträglich als L-Cystein, außerdem hat NAC eine höhere Bioverfügbarkeit und ist weniger empfindlich gegenüber Oxid…
