Description (from a shop): A reminder of Southeast Asia and its mountains covered in sacred forests: the velvety, milky scent of sandalwood carried by elephants in logs and burned in temples. At night, the wind moderated the humidity, enhancing the rich scent of the slightly spicy wood. Yves Coueslant, one of the founders of Diptyque, never forgot this fragrance from his childhood. A vivid memory, represented by sandalwood from Mysore, at the top of this fragrance, cooled by lively cypress and myrtle. Also available as a 2 ml bottling (no free fragrance sample).
