Buffalo Bistro Double Contact Grill – 719264

Take complete control over your grilling with the professional Bistro double contact grill from Buffalo. This grill is a superbly powerful and reliable addition to any commercial catering setup. It provides independently-controlled cooking plates, giving you the flexibility to cook two different dishes at different temperatures simultaneously. Each enamelled cast iron plate has a flat base, ensuring fast and consistent cooking, which is perfect for quickly browning chicken breast, fish, steaks, or panini. The top ribbed plate further speeds up cooking by adding attractive branding lines to meats and bread. For further cooking consistency, the heavy-duty top plates are counterbalanced and mounted to easily maximize contact between the plate and the food. This design helps to speed up the cooking process. Additionally, the built-in drip tray reduces the amount of fat on the plate, making it ideal for ensuring food is both tasty and healthier than pan frying.
