Cucina Cast Iron Giant Pan Dia 80 cm

When volume cooking is non-negotiable, the 80 cm Giant Pan by WAS Germany has the space and heat performance you need. This cast iron EISENGUSS RIESENPFANNE reaches and holds searing temperatures, turning out paella, big breakfasts, stir-fries and one-pan specials fast in a commercial environment. With a generous 12 cm depth and an 80 cm diameter, you can cook for dozens at once, speeding service and keeping queues down. Thick cast iron distributes heat evenly across the base, minimising hot spots and ensuring consistent browning batch after batch. Its hefty 43 kg build provides rock-steady stability on large burners, while the round handle gives secure control when positioning or lifting with assistance. Over time the surface builds a natural patina, improving release and simplifying maintenance for busy teams.
