Cucina Giant Cast Iron Pan Dia 65 cm

When you need to cook for a crowd, a standard skillet won’t do. WAS Germany’s EISENGUSS RIESENPFANNE giant pan delivers serious capacity and heat performance for commercial service. With a 65 cm diameter and 9 cm sidewalls, this heavy-duty cast iron pan (approx. 23 kg) handles large batches of paella, breakfasts, stir-fries and seared meats with ease. Dense cast iron spreads heat evenly and holds temperature for consistent browning and quick recovery between rounds. The generous depth limits splashes and gives room to toss and baste, while the integrated round handle provides a secure hold when moving on and off large burners. As you cook, the surface develops a natural seasoning that improves release and browning over time. Engineered by WAS Germany and manufactured in China, it’s purpose-built for the demands of a professional kitchen. Ideal for theatre-style cooking, hotel buffets, outdoor events and high-volume prep in restaurants, cafés and catering operations. A dependable piece of commercial catering equipment, ready to order from Caterboss in Ireland.
