K’NEX Typhoon Frenzy Roller Coaster Building Set

Build the excitement of a real amusement-park ride with the K'NEX Typhoon Frenzy Motorised Roller Coaster Building Set. This impressive construction set lets young engineers assemble a colourful roller coaster packed with twists, turns, loops and fast-moving track action. With 649 pieces, including rods, connectors, coaster track and a silver coaster car, the set offers a rewarding building challenge for children who enjoy making working models. Once assembled, the battery-powered motorised chain lift carries the car to the top of the ride before releasing it onto approximately 19 feet of track for a thrilling run. The Typhoon Frenzy model is designed to encourage concentration, construction skills and an understanding of movement and mechanical action. The colourful K'NEX parts create a striking display model as well as an interactive toy that can be rebuilt and enjoyed again and again. Downloadable instructions also provide the option to build the alternative Tsunami Surge Coaster.
