Rowlett Heat & Hold Soup Kettle 10Ltr

A superb addition to any professional kitchen, the Rowlett digital soup kettle is an innovative solution for heating, holding, and serving up to ten liters of hot liquid foods. Thanks to its large capacity stainless steel inner pot, the Rowlett allows you to cook your food separately in the pot and then transfer it directly into the soup kettle for holding and service. This way, there's no need to change containers, so there's no loss of heat and less washing up. Whether you're using a gas hob, electric, or induction, the inner pot is suitable for all hob types. As it's a dry heat soup kettle, the Rowlett doesn't use a water bath and, as such, doesn't need filling or topping up. Simply select a temperature using the digital control panel, and the Rowlett soup kettle reliably holds the temperature for extended periods. The digital controls are user-friendly and accurate. The Rowlett soup kettle makes service easy. The hinged lid and ladle notch let you easily access and serve the contents without fuss. Once you're all done, the whole unit is easy to clean.
