Tubigrip Size G (1m) Provides firm support for sprains, strains and swelling. Cut the bandage to twice the length of the affected limb, if required make two slits for the thumb. Pull over the limb then double back pulling the top layer approx 3cm higher than the bottom layer. To apply Tubigrip, cut the bandage to twice the length needed for the target area, adding 3cm to allow for overlap. Slide the bandage smoothly over the limb like a sleeve.
