Description (from a shop): Farabella Conchiglioni - Pasta senza glutine. Ingredienti Farina di mais; farina di riso; amido di mais. Modalità d'uso Come pasta asciutta: utilizzare una pentola capiente con abbondante acqua, non meno di 4 litri di acqua per 250 g di pasta. Ad ebollizione viva aggiungere circa 5 g di sale grosso per litro di acqua e calare la pasta. Mescolare delicatamente e, trascorso il tempo di ebollizione di 5 minuti, spegnere la fiamma lasciando il prodotto nell’acqua di cottura, a pentola coperta, per altri 2 minuti o finché non si sia raggiunto il grado di cottura preferito. Al forno: portare all’ebollizione 3 litri di acqua salata (con 15 g di sale), calare 250 g di pasta e far bollire, senza mesc…
