Ingredienti Edulcorante: xilitolo; mannitolo; aroma limone; melatonina; magnesio stearato; acidificante: acido citrico. Modalità d'uso Per ridurre il tempo richiesto per prendere sonno si consiglia l’assunzione prima di coricarsi, di una compressa da 1 mg di melatonina da sciogliere in bocca. In caso di jet-lag, l’effetto benefico si ottiene con l’assunzione, prima di coricarsi, di un minimo di 0,5 mg di melatonina il primo giorno di viaggio e per alcuni giorni dopo l’arrivo a destinazione.
