De geur en smaak van gekonfijt fruit, meesterlijk gekruid door parfum alchemist Serge Lutens. "Een vurige wind en de woestijn staat in brand. De hete sharkiwind zuigt meer op dan hij wegblaast. Hij slingert planten, insecten en takken onverbiddelijk naar de hemel. Zijn aanhoudende rukwinden maken wijde cirkels en bevriezen struiken, heesters en bessen tot ze barsten, breken en hun laatste hars, sap en kracht geven.
