Description (from a shop): This is certainly one of the reasons why the racehorse "Pegasus", born in 1784, won numerous horse races, as it was descended from the famous ancestor of the English thoroughbred Darley Arabian. This excellent fragrance from Parfums de Marly reflects power, speed, elegance and the inspiring feeling of victory. Sparkling, tart bergamot, floral heliotrope and mild caraway provide an invigorating and delicately spicy opening, into which the middle notes of lavender and jasmine blend harmoniously. However, these are dominated by an unusual, characteristic and sometimes slightly metallic almond note.
