## Specifications

Description (from a shop): The Pilates Mad Soft Pilates Weights are designed to support your fitness journey by increasing resistance and helping to tone your muscles effectively. By adding extra weight, they gently challenge your balance and provide a great workout for your core, while also enhancing your grip strength. Their soft, grippy PVC surface and iron sand filling make them comfortable to hold and safer if dropped compared to traditional weights. Each weight is 1.5kg, ideal for beginners or those focusing on lighter conditioning and endurance exercises. They’re also available in pairs of 0.5kg and 1kg to suit your needs.
