It offers all the benefits of a high-quality, unrefined vegetable oil* obtained by cold-pressing the seeds. The perfect complement to cope with the menopausal stage, as well as providing extra hydration to those dry skins that need it so much. Dosage From 12 to 18 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day. From 18 years of age: 2 to 4 capsules per day. Take for 1 to 3 months.
