Description (from a shop): Syndol's tailored formulation contains three active ingredients, working together to restore calm: Paracetamol helps to block the nerves that transmit the pain impulse to the brain. Codeine helps to reduce the brain's awareness of these pain impulses, providing effective pain relief. Caffeine acts on the central nervous system leading to increased mental activity. Suitable for vegetarians. For the short-term treatment of acute moderate pain, which is not relieved by paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin alone. This is because too much paracetamol can cause delayed, serious liver damage. Go to your nearest hospital casualty department. Take your medicine.
