Perfectly designed to produce great tasting food, the grill features accurate dial temperature control and a programmable digital timer, so you'll always get consistent results, whether you're making traditional breakfasts or tempting takeaway snacks. The counter-balanced cast iron top grill plate maximises contact between the heat and the food. This not only ensures a consistent cook - it also speeds up cooking to help keep queues down. And thanks to the ribbed design of the top plate, attractive just-grilled branding lines are cooked in - great for adding a premium touch to your takeaway snacks. In addition, as the plates are enamelled cast iron, they retain heat for longer, meaning that recovery times are reduced - so that's less time waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached. The grill also includes a built-in removable drip tray, helping to keep the grill surface clean and contaminant-free - essential for maintaining the quality of cooked food. The drip tray also makes the grill considerably easier to clean - simply remove, empty and place in the dishwasher.
