Buffalo Extra Large Contact Grill Ribbed Plate

With its rapid heat-up and generously-sized enamelled cast iron grilling surface, the Buffalo extra large ribbed contact grill is a powerful and reliable addition to professional kitchens. Perfectly designed to produce great tasting food, the grill features accurate dial temperature control and a programmable digital timer, ensuring consistent results whether you're making traditional breakfasts or tempting takeaway snacks. The counter-balanced enamelled cast iron top grill plate maximizes contact between the heat and the food. This not only ensures a consistent cook but also speeds up cooking to help keep queues down. Thanks to the ribbed design of the plates, grease and fat are channeled away from the food, promoting healthier dishes while adding attractive just-grilled branding lines that customers crave. As the plates are enamelled cast iron, they retain more heat for longer, reducing recovery times and minimizing waiting for cooking temperatures to be reached. The grill also includes a built-in removable drip tray, which helps keep the grill surface clean and contaminant-free—essential for maintaining the quality of cooked food. The drip tray also makes the grill considerably easier to clean; simply remove, empty, and place it in the dishwasher. Whether used in a coffee shop, cafe, kiosk, or mobile catering event, the Buffalo double contact grill is a fantastic choice for the professional.
