Pigment-dense and smooth, it makes a dramatic base that lighter blues and stars pop against beautifully. Best for Midnight skies and deep space Shadowed cloaks and cloth Brooding dark blue armour Base it solid, then stipple lighter blues and white for stars, or highlight up for cloth with cold, deep atmosphere. A dramatic near-black blue. Pair it with a blue highlight and white for starfields.
