ARS CT-42PRO Pruning Saw

The ARS CT-42PRO Pruning Saw is a professional-grade hand saw designed for arborists, landscapers and forestry professionals requiring precision cutting performance. Featuring a 420mm hard-chrome plated blade manufactured from high carbon steel, this saw delivers reliable cutting action across a range of pruning applications from fruit tree maintenance to professional tree surgery work. The TURBOCUT tooth design with 4.5mm tooth pitch provides aggressive cutting performance, whilst the taper ground and impulse hardened blade construction ensures long-lasting sharpness and durability. With KWF Forest-Technological Approval Committee certification, this saw meets recognised professional standards for forestry and arboriculture work. The comprehensive sheath system includes several practical features for working professionals. A new stopper mechanism secures the saw firmly in the sheath to prevent accidental slippage during climbing or aerial work. The ambidextrous belt clip adjusts easily for both right and left-handed users, whilst a guiding roller at the sheath opening enables smooth blade insertion and removal without damaging the cutting edge. Leg strap loops accommodate separately available leg straps, allowing the saw to be securely fastened during elevated pruning operations.
