Bahco 9627 Series Long Combination Auger Drill Bit – 962724460

The Bahco 9627 Series Long Combination Auger Bit in 24mm diameter with 460mm length is designed for the most demanding large-scale drilling operations in timber construction. This substantial diameter is ideal for creating openings for major plumbing work, substantial electrical conduit, large structural fixings, and heavy-duty dowel joints in beam construction. Manufactured from hardened tool steel with a protective lacquer coating, this auger bit incorporates the proven Levin pattern spirals that ensure rapid chip removal and clean cutting performance even when working through dense hardwoods or thick timber sections. The impressive 460mm length makes it indispensable for drilling through substantial beams, multiple structural members, or reaching into deep cavities where access is severely limited. The intelligently designed threaded tip moderates self-feed when used with electric power drills, providing controlled penetration without excessive force in large diameter holes, whilst maintaining sufficient feed for effective manual operation in a hand brace. Performs consistently across all wood species. Features and Benefits: • 24mm diameter for major construction drilling tasks • 460mm length provides exceptional reach • Hardened tool steel for extended service life • Rust-resistant lacquer finish • Levin pattern ensures efficient chip evacuation • Dual functionality with power drills and hand braces Specifications: Diameter (mm): 24 Overall Length (mm): 460 Working Length (mm): 385 Pack Qty.: 1 Size: 24mm
