Bahco 9629 Hex Shank Flat Wood Drill Bit – 962925BAH

The Bahco 9629-25 Flat Bit with 25mm diameter is designed for heavy-duty plumbing, construction, and carpentry work. With a working length of 75mm and overall length of 152mm, this substantial size is perfect for drilling holes for 32mm waste pipes, larger heating installations, substantial cable bundles, and sizeable structural fixings in joists and beams. Engineered with a positive cutting angle, this 25mm bit drills holes twice as fast whilst lasting three times longer than conventional flat bits. Made from high-carbon steel and heat-treated all over, the hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft for exceptional durability. Its winged shoulders enable the bit to first cut the wood and then remove material from the centre section, ensuring a smooth finish and superior swarf clearance. This size features cutting spurs for enhanced precision and cleaner hole edges, essential for professional installations where accuracy matters. The hex shank provides secure grip in your drill chuck, preventing slippage during operation.
