Bahco 9631 Long Flat Wood Drill Bit – 105097761

The Bahco 9631 32mm Long Flat Bit is the largest size in this professional range, engineered for the most demanding large-diameter applications. With its 32mm diameter and 400mm overall length, this bit is perfectly suited for substantial waste pipe installations, major ventilation systems, heavy-duty construction work, and any application requiring deep, accurate holes of significant diameter through thick timber sections. Constructed from high-carbon steel and fully heat-treated for exceptional durability, this bit features a positive cutting angle that drills twice as fast and lasts three times longer than conventional flat bits. The hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft, providing maximum structural integrity to prevent deflection when drilling the largest holes to significant depths. The innovative winged shoulders cut the wood perimeter first before removing the centre material, ensuring a smooth finish and superior swarf clearance even at this substantial diameter. This 32mm size is ideal for the largest waste pipe installations, substantial ventilation requirements, and heavy-duty construction applications where both maximum diameter and extended depth capability are essential. Features and Benefits: • 32mm diameter for maximum-capacity drilling applications • 400mm length for deep drilling through substantial timber • Positive cutting angle for faster operation and extended lifespan • High-carbon steel with full heat treatment for maximum durability • Winged design delivers professional finish and prevents clogging Specifications: Diameter (mm): 32 Overall Length (mm): 400 Pack Qty.: 1
