Body Sculpture Ab Trimmer – 735947

Strengthen and tone your core with the Body Sculpture Ab Trimmer, a versatile home fitness trainer designed to provide support and control during sit-ups, crunches and other abdominal exercises.. The curved steel frame helps guide your upper body through a smooth crunching movement, allowing you to concentrate on engaging your abdominals, obliques and core without relying excessively on your neck. A generously padded headrest supports the head during floor exercises, helping make abdominal training more comfortable.. The Ab Trimmer also features padded elbow and arm supports, along with multiple grip positions, giving you a secure and comfortable setup throughout your workout. The black NBR foam padding provides cushioning at key contact points, while the cool grey coated steel frame offers a strong and durable construction.. For added versatility, the headrest can be detached, allowing the frame to be used for additional exercises including push-ups and dip-style workouts. This makes the ab trimmer more than simply a crunch trainer, providing additional upper-body training options from one compact piece of equipment.. With a relatively small footprint and no weights required, the Body Sculpture Ab Trimmer is ideal for convenient home workouts and can easily be incorporated into regular abdominal, core and upper-body training sessions..
