Bosch 19 Piece PointTeq HSS Drill Bit Set

The Bosch 19 Piece PointTeQ HSS Drill Bit Set is a comprehensive metal drilling set covering diameters from 1mm to 10mm, designed for fast, accurate drilling in a wide range of metals and plastics. At the heart of the set is Bosch's PointTeQ tip design, which features a self-centring point that eliminates wandering at the start of each hole. This allows for quick, precise drilling starts without the need for a centre punch. The increased drilling rate also reduces heat build-up and wear, helping the bits maintain their edge over time. Each bit is manufactured to DIN 338 with a Type N flute angle and a 135-degree tip. The highly elastic body significantly reduces the risk of breakage, particularly in the smaller diameters below 6mm. The black-oxide coated flutes aid fast chip removal, keeping the cutting action clean and efficient. Suitable for drilling clearance and pilot holes in alloyed and non-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron, and plastics, this set is ideal for engineers, fabricators, and general contractors. The cylindrical shank is compatible with standard three-jaw drill chucks, and the set is supplied in a Bosch ProBox case for organised storage on site.
