Circular Intumescent Fire Block 100mm - 52935

The 100mm Circular Intumescent Fire Block fits 100mm diameter spiral ducting and seals the duct in a fire while allowing air transfer in normal use. It has no moving parts: the intumescent core expands in heat to form an incombustible mass that blocks the spread of fire and hot smoke.Slim at 38mm thick with roughly 60% free area, it is tested in timber doors rated up to 60 minutes and in walls and ductwork rated up to 120 minutes. Finished in black/grey, it needs little maintenance beyond an occasional wipe with a damp cloth. 100mm diameter Intumescent fire block Up to 120 min in walls and ducts Suitable for Vertical and horizontal ducted ventilation systems Airflow control and fire protection Specifications Type Intumescent fire block Diameter 100mm Depth 38mm Fire rating (timber doors) Up to 60 minutes Fire rating (walls and ducts) Up to 120 minutes Free area Approx. 60% Mounting Doors, walls, ducts (fits spiral duct) Finish Black/grey (other colours on request) Warranty 1 Year Manufacturer Manuals & GuidesCircular Intumescent Fire Block Data Sheet
