Citadel Tools: Drill

Want gun barrels that look like they could actually fire, or heavy conversions that never wobble loose? The Citadel Drill is the tool that makes both possible. This hand-turned hobby drill bores clean, precise holes for hollowing muzzles and pinning metal or resin parts together — the trick that separates a tidy conversion from a proper one. What's in the box Hand-turned drill body with a comfortable, controlled grip 4 drill bits: two 1.0mm (spot on for bolter barrels) and two 1.5mm (for heavier weapons) Built-in storage for the spare bits, so they don't vanish into the desk clutter Best for Hollowing out gun barrels and exhausts for a genuinely open muzzle Pinning heavy metal or resin components for joints that won't sag or snap Any conversion or kitbash that needs a precise, controlled hole Once you've drilled your first barrel you'll wonder why you ever left them solid — it's a five-minute job that instantly reads as more expensive modelling. A buy-it-once tool that lives on the desk for years. Pair it with the Citadel Mouldline Remover to get every new kit clean and ready, and see the rest of our hobby tools range for more essentials.
