Faithfull Outside Spring Caliper – FAICALOUT8

The Faithfull Outside Spring Caliper in 200mm (8 inch) size is the largest model in the range, designed for measuring substantial components where extended reach is essential. This professional-grade size is ideal for heavy engineering applications, large metalworking projects, and woodturning operations involving sizeable diameter workpieces that require accurate external measurements. Despite its extended reach, this caliper maintains the quality construction found throughout the range, with polished natural steel finish legs made from flat stock and carefully balanced for optimal control. The treated points provide reliable accuracy, whilst the strong but flexible bow spring and centrally located adjustment screw ensure smooth, precise operation even at maximum extension.
