The Flex Power Tools GE 7 Giraffe is a drywall and ceiling sander powered by a 710W electric motor at 240V. It features a gimbal-mounted sanding head that tilts up to 100 degrees, providing flexibility for overhead and angled surfaces. The sanding head uses a hook and loop fixture with a 225 mm disc diameter and is interchangeable via a quick-click system. The motor offers controlled constant speed, soft start and overload protection, with speed adjustable between 1,100 and 1,650 revolutions per minute using an adjuster wheel. Effective dust extraction occurs between the brush ring and sanding pad, reducing abrasive clogging. The machine is fitted with an aluminium guide tube, dustproof on/off switch, and a flexible drive shaft that minimises head weight and improves handling during use. The guide tube has a FLEX clip-system for direct connection to FLEX Vacuum Cleaners (sold separately). Supplied with one MH-O round sanding head, one SH-FC 32 clip-on quick clamping ring and a carry bag. The unit weighs 4.2 kg and has a 5 m power cable.
