Forgefix Forgefast Torx Wood Screw – FFT316Y

This 3mm x 16mm Forgefast Torx Wood Screw in a pack of 200 offers the perfect balance for light-duty interior carpentry and joinery work. The 16mm length is particularly well-suited for fixing cabinet backs, lightweight panels, and decorative elements where a slim profile fastener is essential to prevent splitting whilst providing secure retention. The universally accepted Torx® compatible drive provides superior torque transfer compared to traditional drives, reducing driver slippage and making installation faster and more efficient. Its patented drill and drive thread minimises timber splitting and prevents 'jacking' of joined components, whilst the reinforced countersunk neck with recessed ribs delivers improved countersinking and reduced surface dust for a cleaner working environment. Each screw benefits from the Elementech 400 coating, an anti-corrosive finish that lasts up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally responsible coating is Cr6+ free and Salt Spray tested to 400 hours, ensuring reliable performance throughout the life of your interior project. Every box of 200 includes a Torx® compatible bit.
