Forgefix Multi-Purpose Pozi Screw Csk St Zp 5 X 100Mm Box 100

This 5mm x 100mm Forgefix Multi-Purpose Screw is supplied in a pack of 200, representing the largest variant in the range. The substantial 100mm length and 5mm diameter make this screw ideal for the most demanding heavy duty applications and thickest materials where maximum penetration and holding strength are essential. Featuring a Pozidriv compatible drive system and countersunk head, this screw sinks flush with substrates to deliver a professional surface finish. The zinc plated coating provides robust corrosion protection by forming a barrier against oxidation, with zinc oxide creating an additional protective layer that preserves substrate integrity. The Pozidriv drive system offers distinct advantages over traditional Phillips screws, with four additional contact points and no rounded corners. This eliminates cam-out when proper tooling is used, allowing significant torque to be applied with confidence during installation. The distinctive 45-degree embossed line on the screw head identifies genuine Pozidriv compatibility. The single thread design delivers both higher pull-out values and quicker insertion, making installation efficient whilst maintaining exceptional fixing strength in the most challenging applications. Suitable for use with PVCu, timber, chipboard, MDF and similar materials across all trades.
