Global 3 Piece BBQ Set

The Global 3 Piece BBQ Set brings together three essentials for efficient, well-organised outdoor cooking. Built around the limited edition G-110 BBQ knife, this set is designed for handling everything from preparation through to carving and serving. At its core is the 17.5cm G-110 knife, featuring a taller, gently curved blade that gives you better control when trimming fat, breaking down larger cuts or slicing cooked meat. The pointed tip allows for detailed work around bone and joints, while Global’s 15-degree edge delivers clean, consistent results across both raw and cooked ingredients. To complement the knife, the set includes a pair of heat-resistant leather gloves with extended cuffs, offering reliable protection when working over hot grills, pans or smokers. A generously sized bamboo board (50 x 40cm) completes the set, with a dual-sided design that provides a smooth surface for prep and a grooved side for carving and catching juices. Made in Japan from Cromova 18 stainless steel, the knife features Global’s signature seamless construction and balanced, hollow handle for comfort and control. Together, each element in this set is designed to make outdoor cooking more precise, practical and enjoyable. To keep each component performing at its best, follow these simple care guidelines: Knife Care: Hand wash the G-110 in warm, soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid dishwasher use, as high heat and aggressive detergents can damage the cutting edge and affect the finish. Glove Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use to remove grease and residue. Do not soak, machine wash or use detergents. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the leather’s condition. Board Cleaning: Clean the bamboo board with warm, soapy water after each use. Do not leave it to soak or place it in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly and allow it to air dry fully before storing. Board Maintenance: Treat the board regularly with a food-safe mineral or bamboo oil to prevent dryin
