Guhring No 9503 19 Piece StepPower HSCO Multi Stepped Premium Drill Set

The Guhring No 9503 19 Piece StepPower HSCO Multi Stepped Premium Drill Set is a comprehensive drill bit collection designed for precise drilling in multiple materials without the need for centre punching or pre-drilling. The innovative multi-step geometry gradually removes material until the desired diameter is achieved, making this set ideal for professional engineers, metalworkers and contractors who require accuracy and versatility across different applications. Manufactured from high-quality HSCO steel with 5% cobalt content, these stepped drill bits deliver exceptional wear resistance and extended service life even when drilling harder materials. The optimised 118° split point geometry ensures precise centring on contact, whilst the three flats machined onto each shank prevent slipping in the chuck during operation. This 19-piece set provides comprehensive coverage from 1.0mm to 10.0mm in 0.5mm increments, offering the flexibility to tackle various hole sizes without changing between multiple conventional drill bits. The StepPower design excels when used with cordless drills and hand-held power tools, requiring less force and conserving battery power compared to traditional drilling methods. Each multi-step drill produces virtually burr-free holes in materials including hardwood, plastic, metal and composite materials, making this set an indispensable addition to any professional workshop or mobile toolkit. The stepped configuration allows progressive drilling through up to six diameter steps per bit, eliminating the time-consuming process of switching between multiple drill sizes during fabrication work. Features and Benefits: • 118° point geometry with optimised split point for precise centering and easy cutting • 3 flats on shank prevent slipping in the chuck during operation • 5% cobalt HSCO steel construction for high wear resistance and extended tool life • Novel multi-step design with up to 6 steps eliminates need for multiple drill
