HXGN Rotating Push Up Bars

The HXGN Rotating Push Up Bars offer a simple yet very effective means to strengthen and tone your chest, arms, shoulders, back, and abs. They have raised handles which reduce stress on the wrists whilst also allowing for a greater range of motion. By creating a deeper stretch they help to increase muscle activation which yields better results. You can vary the intensity of your workout by altering the distance between the push up handles or by using blocks to raise your legs whilst exercising.. The push up grips have a smooth rotation which encourages your body to move in a more natural way whilst also promoting safety and improved form. It also helps shift the tension to the muscles you want to target, rather than to those you don’t.. Each push up stand has a solid 20cm diameter non-slip base with rubber stabilisers. The 12cm long and 3cm wide handles are suitable for use on all floor surfaces and can be used by users of all fitness levels. They are also lightweight and compact meaning you can easily pack them in your gym bag or store them at home when not in use.
