Kenwood DRV-N520 Dash Camera, HDR Technology, Super HD

The Kenwood DRV-N520 is an ultra-compact, high-performance dash camera designed exclusively for seamless integration with compatible Kenwood multimedia and navigation receivers. Because it links directly to your Kenwood head unit via "DashCam Link," it does not require its own built-in display screen. This allows the physical camera unit to remain remarkably discreet behind your rearview mirror while giving you complete touchscreen control and video playback directly on your car's stereo system. Key Specifications & Features Super HD Resolution: Captures video at a crisp 3-megapixel resolution (2304 x 1296) at 27 frames per second for smooth playback and easier license plate readability. HDR Technology: Equipped with High Dynamic Range image enhancement to prevent under- or over-exposure, ensuring details remain clear in challenging lighting conditions like direct backlighting, dark tunnels, or pitch-black night driving. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS): Provides built-in visual and audible safety alerts on your Kenwood screen, including Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning (active above 60 km/h), and Departure Delay Warning. Incident Detection & G-Sensor: A built-in 3-axis G-sensor automatically detects sudden impacts or emergency braking, locking the footage before and after the event into a secure folder so it won't be overwritten. Built-in GPS: Logs exact speed, time, and coordinates directly onto the video files for legal and insurance evidence. Smart Parking Mode: When installed with a hardwired power connection, the camera monitors your vehicle while parked and triggers recording if motion or an impact is detected. Super Capacitor Power: Uses a durable super capacitor instead of a traditional battery, making it highly resilient to extreme temperatures and ensuring files are safely saved if vehicle power is instantly lost.
