The sachets are mixed with hot water to create a soothing lemon-flavored drink. What happens when I have a cold? Common cold symptoms include headaches, sore throat, cough, blocked or runny nose, muscular aches, sneezing, a raised temperature, and loss of taste and smell. How will Lemsip Cold and Flu sachets ease my cold and flu symptoms? Each sachet contains 650mg of paracetamol, a painkiller that reduces fever, and 10mg of phenylephrine, a decongestant that reduces nasal swelling. Can I take this cold remedy if I’m pregnant? Can I take this product if I’m taking other medication?
