Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 6 drops - 230 mg Tips "Formula to increase natural defenses in winter: In a 10 ml bottle put 150 drops AEQT Ravintsara + 70 drops AEQT Eucalyptus radiata + 25 drops AEQT Laurel + 35 drops AEQT Niaouli. Massage: Massage 3 drops of the above preparation along with a few drops of vegetable oil onto the chest and upper back 3 times a day.
