Profi Plus Strainer spoon

Scooping delicate dumplings, gnocchi, or tender vegetables from boiling water takes a gentle touch—you want the dough intact and the water left in the pot. Crafted from premium stainless steel, the Profi Plus skimming ladle by WMF was designed by WMF Studio to effortlessly drain ingredients without damaging them. It is an indispensable, elegant tool that makes everyday cooking at the hob a pure pleasure.Advantages:Crafted from high-grade Cromargan® stainless steel, fully compliant with EU 18/10 stainless steel standards and DIN EN 10088 equivalents. The shallow, perforated 11 cm bowl lets you gently scoop fragile dumplings or pasta without tearing them, quickly draining away excess water.A generous 30 cm length provides a safe, comfortable distance between your hands and the hot steam rising from deep stockpots. The smooth, polished stainless steel surface is completely neutral to food flavours and maintains its sophisticated shine with frequent kitchen use.A practical hanging loop at the end of the handle allows you to hang the utensil neatly on a kitchen rail, so it is always within reach. When dumplings float to the surface, you do not have much time to hesitate—and fishing them out with a fork rarely ends well for the filling. While this skimming spoon cannot guarantee flawless dough, it ensures that whatever went into the pot comes out beautifully in one piece.
