Record 135 Sash Clamp

The Irwin Record 135/9 Heavy-Duty Sash Clamp provides an exceptional 1650mm (66in) clamping capacity, the largest in the range and designed for the most demanding large-scale woodworking projects. This extended reach is ideal for wide tabletops, long workbenches, large door assemblies, and substantial joinery work where maximum span is essential whilst maintaining professional-grade clamping force and control. Built with the proven heavy-duty 32 x 6mm bar section, this clamp delivers outstanding rigidity across its full length, resisting deflection even under significant load. The guaranteed unbreakable slide and head are secured via solid steel pins through bar locating holes, ensuring reliable performance. The precision-engineered steel mainscrew applies pressure smoothly through its fast-acting rolled thread, whilst the flat-bottomed profile enables freestanding operation, making it easier to manage complex, large-scale assembly tasks in the workshop.
