Roughneck Sledge Hammer – 65624

The Roughneck 1.8kg Mini Sledge Hammer offers enhanced striking power whilst maintaining the compact, portable design that makes mini sledges so versatile. This mid-weight mini variant is perfect for professionals who need more impact force than lighter models but still require manoeuvrability in restricted spaces. Constructed from drop-forged alloy steel that's been hardened and tempered, the hammer features 8-sided 45-degree chamfered precision milled faces for accurate, controlled strikes. The shorter fibreglass handle compared to traditional sledge hammers makes it ideal for use where a large swing cannot be taken or when working in confined areas such as beneath vehicles, in plant rooms or tight construction spaces. The solid core fibreglass handle is bonded with industrial grade epoxy for exceptional durability, with a polypropylene cover and double injected TPR soft grip providing comfort during extended use. Integral overstrike protection prevents handle damage from missed strikes. Its portable size allows it to be easily carried in tool boxes and tool bags for convenient transportation.
