Stabila LBM 1000 Open Fibreglass Tape 30m (Width 13mm) (Metric only)

The Stabila LBM 1000 is a professional fibreglass tape measure designed for accurate long-distance measuring on construction sites and outdoor projects. Built with a robust, breakproof Y-frame and a durable, kink-proof fibreglass tape, this 30-metre measuring tool delivers reliable performance in demanding trade environments. The tape features Stabila's SPIKES coating, which significantly improves slip resistance on smooth surfaces and maintains grip when measuring over extended distances. An ergonomic soft-grip handle ensures optimal handling during prolonged use, whilst the ambidextrous design allows easy switching between right-handed and left-handed operation to suit individual preference. Versatile fastening options include a fold-out SPIKES hook with integrated nail eyelet and a large, unbreakable plastic ring with nail notch, providing secure hold when pulling the tape across longer distances. The clever plastic ring design simplifies measurements: add 2cm between the zero point and nail notch, or 5cm between the zero point and the start of the ring. The zero point is positioned at the beginning of the hinge fitting for precise measurement starts. Ideal for surveyors, groundworkers, and construction professionals requiring accurate long-distance measurements, this open-frame tape measure meets EC Class II accuracy standards. The 13mm-wide fibreglass blade resists kinking and damage from rough handling, making it particularly suitable for exterior building work, land surveying, and setting out tasks.
