Vallejo Pigments - Brown Iron Oxide

Dust, rust and dried mud are what make a model look like it lives in a real world, and pigments are the cleanest way to get there. Brown Iron Oxide is a warm, rusty earth tone — perfect for corroded metal, muddy running gear and the grimy build-up around bolts and panel lines. Brush it on dry for a light dusting, or fix it with thinner or binder to lock in heavier weathering. Best for Rust and corroded metal effects Dried mud and earthy grime Dusting recesses, running gear and lower hulls A tiny amount goes a long way, and the fine grind blends and builds beautifully. Real-world grime in a pot. Pairs perfectly with Vallejo Pigment Binder and a set of weathering washes.
